Areas of specialty: individual adult psychotherapy, relationship issues, attachment from an interpersonal neurobiology perspective, stress, trauma (e.g., EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, & somatic approaches), coping strategies, intercultural communication, and racial/ethnic/cultural diversity issues.
